Registration information

Dates

• Registrations can be carried out till May 10th 2010. After that the Online Registration System is no longer disposable and reservations can only made on-site
• On-site registration will be possible during the congress from 16th to 21st May 2010 at Congress Center West, Fair Essen. Payment by credit card or cash in Euro is possible in Essen.

Payment

• Payment should preferably executed by credit card Eurocard/Mastercard, ‘VISA or American
• Express.(possible for orders until May 4th 2010, and on-site)
• Alternatively , payment could be made by bill. In this case, please take notice of the fact that the
• participant has to bear the costs for foreign transfers.(possible for orders until Mai 10th 2010)

Cancellation

• All changes and cancellations will only be accepted in written form (E-mail, Fax)
•  Cancellations of a confirmed participant will be charged with an administrative fee of:

25% until 6 weeks before conference

80% after 6 weeks before the conference 
(Exception: tickets for Students’ Day, Public Day and exhibition. Administration fee EUR 10,00)

2 weeks before the conference no refund

• In addition to the congress participation you may book as follows: Scientific Side Events, Social Side Events, Touristic Tours

Name Badges
Your name badge is your admission ticket to all sessions,
the exhibition and the catering. Please wear your name
badge at all times.

Messages
A message board is available for delegates located near
the registration desk in the main foyer. Sessions will not
be interrupted to deliver messages. Delegates are asked
to check the message board regularly, as messages cannot
be delivered personally. If you are expecting a facsimile,
please ensure that your name and the “18th World
Hydrogen Energy Conference 2010” is clearly listed.

Catering
All morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas, provided in
Hall 3, are included in your registration fee.
Refreshments will be also served at the Germany Convention
in the exhibition area in Hall 3.
