For Speakers
The authors of accepted contributions are kindly asked to send a 4-6 page summary of the presentation 8 weeks and the PowerPoint presentations 2 weeks before the conference to the WHEC 2010 speakers office. For details on the abstract format and other necessary preparations for WHEC 2010, please refer to the information letter that was sent to all speakers and poster presenters.

| Notice for poster presenters: All posters are exhibited in the WHEC trade fair hall 3 from Monday, 17 May to Wednesday, 19 May, 2010. For each session, there will be a defined space of time when all poster presenters from this session are required to be present in the poster exhibition area for discussions with WHEC 2010 participants. Please refer to the timetable for the individual poster sessions www.whec2010.com/nc/about-the-conference/sessionplan/sessions-overview.html and look out for your session number to find your poster session time.
